1. Order Processing
Most Script0ff products are made to order through our print-on-demand fulfilment partner.
After you place an order, it generally takes [2–5 business days] to process and prepare your order for shipment.
Processing time includes manufacturing, printing, quality checks, packing, and preparation for dispatch.
During periods of high demand, product launches, holidays, or other circumstances, processing may take longer. If there is a significant delay, we will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.
For example, if your order takes 3 business days to process and 4–7 business days to deliver, the total estimated time would be approximately 7–10 business days.

We currently offer shipping through our third-party logistics and fulfilment partners.

Script0ff is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address provided by the customer, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
If you notice an incorrect address after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible at supportscriptoff@gmail.com. We will try to assist, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered production or been dispatched.
7. Delivery Delays
Although we work with our fulfilment and logistics partners to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur.

- Public holidays
- Weather or natural events
- Incorrect address information
- Transportation disruptions
- Technical or operational issues
- Government restrictions
- Events beyond our reasonable control
An estimated delivery date is not a guaranteed delivery date.
If your order has exceeded the expected delivery timeframe by a significant amount, please contact us so that we can investigate the shipment.
8. Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Deliveries
If your package appears to be damaged when delivered, please take photographs of the package and product where possible and contact us promptly.
If you receive:
- A damaged product;
- The wrong product;
- The wrong size or variant due to an error on our part; or
- A package that appears to have been materially damaged during transit,

Where a courier marks a shipment as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with household members, neighbours, building/security personnel, or the delivery location. If the package still cannot be located, contact us so we can investigate with the relevant logistics provider.
Your rights under applicable Indian consumer law are not affected by this policy.
9. Multiple Items in One Order
Depending on product availability and fulfilment arrangements, items from the same order may occasionally be shipped separately.
If this happens, you may receive separate tracking information or deliveries.
You will not be charged additional shipping solely because we split an order into multiple shipments unless additional shipping charges were clearly disclosed and agreed to at checkout.
